Raw Performance CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company dedicated to improving physical and mental wellbeing through sport, fitness, and mentorship. Based in South Wales, we work with young people, veterans, and vulnerable groups to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive — regardless of background, ability, or circumstance.
Founded on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow stronger in body and mind, we deliver high-impact programmes that combine structured physical activity with personal development. From group training sessions and outreach events to tailored 1-2-1 mentoring and school interventions, our work helps individuals build confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose.
